1. Payment beforehand.
This is to avoid any sort of scamming and save my time and mental health from awful experiences, while it never happen to me before I always keep this rule on my commission TOS to not be fooled.
2. Commission will start ONCE paid.
This doesn't need much of explaining, confirming you have paid the commission I have the guarentee that im not being scammed.
3. Payment will go through Ko-fi (USD)
Payment via ko-fi its more safe for me as an artist and easy for the commissioner, but also I can keep track of completed commission easily there.
4. Commissions can be used for personal purposes but if commissioner request for the art to be commercialize it must be told beforehand.
This is just in case theres need to make any sort of legal/commercial contract to talk about percents and gains for the commercialize product.
5. Turnaround its between 3-4 days, but it might take more in case i'm busy, but dont rush me.
I'm a fast deliver, If I ever happen to delay your commission I will tell you BEFORE I start your commission, however I might take much longer if Im not well emotionally so any friendly reminder of your commission its really welcome, just dont ask about your commission the day AFTER or hours later, its annoying and rude.
6. Refunds are not allowed once I start your commission, however if a refund its asking BEFORE I start then the commissioner will get 100% of their funds.
This is to avoid future scams that could ruin my economic stability and because it has happen once, WHEN I finished the whole commission.
7. I have the right to decline a commission if makes me uncomfortable.
Please do NOT commission me nor request things like: ped*philia, zooph*lia, hate art or any kind related to this, your commission will be completely declined.
8. I have the right to close my commissions or limit them if I feel too overwhelm with work (irl+commissions).
This is to avoid commissions to cluster in my queue list, it has happen in the past and I got super overwhelm that I have to close my commissions temporally to focus on the pending ones.
